How These "Distance Learning" Classes Work: All of our online classes are fully narrated, full color streaming presentations with dozens of clear photographs that will run on almost every computer, even those with dial-up internet. You can start and stop anytime you like, and the course will pick up where you left off. Requirements: As per the Indiana Professional Licensing Agency, home inspectors require 32 Continuing Education hours for every two year renewal period which expires on September 30 of odd numbered years.

Licensed Classes: All classes are licensed in Indiana and Illinois for home inspector continuing
education hours. All classes provide 4 CE hours for Indiana and 3 CE hours for Illinois. A
[ proctored exam ] is required for each course to receive Illinois credits (see Illinois note below).
Licensing in Kentucky is pending.

Class Fees are as follows (purchasing multiple classes saves even more money!):

one class for 4 CE Hours: $69.00

two classes for 8 CE hours: $117.00 (save 15% over single class price!)

three classes for 12 CE hours: $176.00 (save 15%)

four classes for 16 CE hours: $221.00 (save 20%)

five classes for 20 CE hours: $276.00 (save 20%)

six classes for 24 CE hours: $331.00 (save 20%)

seven classes for 28 CE hours: $386.00 (save 20%)

eight classes for 32 CE hours total: $414.00 (save 25% - only $51.75 per class!)

Certificates of Completion: For inspectors licensed in both Indiana and another state, classes will provide 4 CE hours for each class and for each state. We will provide separate certificates of completion for each state (see Illinois note below).

Illinois note: Indiana inspectors will not receive Illinois credits unless registered through our Illinois registration page. Above prices do not apply to Illinois credits because proctored exams are not required in Indiana.
