Requirements: As per the Oregon Construction Contractors Board, home inspectors require 30 Continuing Education Units (CEU's) in the 24 months prior to your certification expiration date, which is every two years from the date of issuance.

Licensed Classes: All classes are licensed in Oregon for Home Inspector Continuing Education Units
and provide 4 CEU's per class. Licensing in Washington and Nevada is pending.

Class Fees are as follows (purchasing multiple classes saves money!):

one online class for 4 CEU's: $58.00

two online classes for 8 CEU's: $99.00 (save 15% over single class price)

three online classes for 12 CEU's: $148.00 (save 15%)

four online classes for 16 CEU's: $198.00 (save 15%)

five online classes for 20 CEU's: $232.00 (save 20%)

six online classes for 24 CEU's: $278.00 (save 20%)

seven online classes for 28 CEU's: $325.00 (save 20%)

eight online classes for 32 CEU's: $348.00 (save 25% - only $43.50 per class!)

Certificates of Completion: For inspectors licensed in both Oregon and another state, classes will provide 4 CEU's for each class and for each state. We will provide separate certificates of completion for each state.
