Requirements: As per the State of Wisconsin Department of Professional Regulation & Licensing, 20 Continuing Education hours are required each year in any course relating to the general subject matter
of home inspection – course approval is not required. Biennial renewal is due by December 14 of
even-numbered years.
Licensed Classes: All classes are accepted in Wisconsin and licensed in Illinois for Home Inspector Continuing Education hours. Each class provides 4 CE hours for Wisconsin and 3 CE hours for Illinois.
A [ proctored exam ] is required for each course to receive Illinois credits (see Illinois note below).

Certificates of Completion: For inspectors
licensed in both Wisconsin and another state, classes will provide 4 CE hours for each class and for each state. We will provide separate certificates of completion for each
state (see Illinois note below).
Illinois note: Wisconsin inspectors will not receive Illinois credits unless registered through our Illinois registration page. Above prices do not apply to Illinois credits because proctored exams are not required in Wisconsin.
